A harbour-view apartment once owned by the Bartter family has sold for $12 million, setting a new benchmark for Cremorne.

The luxury residence, which offers more than 250 square metres of internal space and panoramic views across Mosman Bay, was bought ahead of auction. The family had purchased the apartment in 2019 for $8.5 million after downsizing from a Mosman mansion.
